Il wine bar e wine shop KONVIN si trovano in mezzo ai vigneti, proprio presso l’ex valico di frontiera Vipol\u017ee e\/o sul versante italiano di Giasbana. Anche il nome KONVIN non \u00e8 stato scelto a caso: \u00bbKONFINE\u00ab e VINO.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tra vigneti sloveni ed italiani <\/span>1.800 ettari sul versante sloveno e 1.500 ettari sul versante italiano, si intrecciano i vitigni nazionali e internazionali, dove le viti hanno trovato le condizioni per diventare eccellenza.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nI vini del Collio\/Brda riflettono il clima tipico, dove si intrecciano influenze alpine e mediterranee. La composizione unica del suolo del Colio ricco di minerali conferisce al vino un aroma particolare. Una delle caratteristiche pi\u00f9 riconoscibili \u00e8 la mineralit\u00e0.<\/span>
\nIl Collio \u00e8 molto conosciuto per la Ribolla Gialla, che \u00e8 anche la variet\u00e0 di vino pi\u00f9 rappresentata, ma \u00e8 tutt’altro che unica. Oltre alla Ribolla, la lista dei migliori vini locali comprende variet\u00e0 riconosciute e rispettate a livello internazionale come i Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Gris e Cabarnet Sauvignon.<\/span>

Ci sono 12 interessanti sentieri escursionistici a Brda, tra cui il Peace Trail e l’Alpe Adria Trail, un sentiero lungo circa 750 km che inizia a Veliki Klek, in Austria, e termina a Trieste, in Italia.<\/p>\n
